IFDC Flags Off North East Agro Dealers Project

Agriculture and Water Resources Minister, Dr. Abba Sayyadi Ruma, is today expected to flag off North East chapter of Nigeria Agro Dealer Input Support Project which the International Centre for Soil Fertility and Agriculture (IFDC) has been running since 2008.
The project is being run in collaboration with the National Agency for Food Administration and Drug Control, and the National Food Reserve Agency across the six geopolitical zones. A statement issued by Mr. Emma Ozoemena, said components of the project include agro-input education, technical training, farm-based demonstration and exhibition.
“So far, the project is working with agro-dealers in 11 states in four geopolitical zones,” the statement added.
